Do you ever wake up in the morning wondering what opportunities God will provide, just for that day? We often overlook the opportunities God has for us. So, this week, look for divine appointments through the people He puts in your path. Remember, it’s all part of God’s plan. A lot of times we think, “Well, I don’t have time to minister to that person. I don’t have time to help meet that person’s needs; I’m going through all kinds of problems myself.” God is using that person to get your eyes off yourself. In Isaiah 58 scripture says, “…if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.” God blesses you as you bless others. He wants us to be open to wherever we see a need, whether it’s watering our neighbor’s lawn when they’re on vacation, including them in a family meal, or picking up something they need at the store. It’s really very simple. So, look for the divine opportunities.
In Galatians 6:10 it says, “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially those who belong to the family of believers.” God puts opportunities, divine opportunities, in your path all day long. Where is God leading you today?
