Do you control your thoughts, or do they control you? Yesterday, we discovered the power of a thought and how it can produce positive or negative actions. One of the first battles a Christ follower encounters is in the mind. Our minds, and what we think, are battlegrounds between God and Satan.
The scene took place by a campfire at dawn on a beach beside the Sea of Galilee. It was an experience that would change Peter’s life forever. The whole experience was redemptive! Jesus would lovingly restore Simon Peter to ministry with a simple question and a command. Anyone who has fallen can understand the pain of personal failure and the regret that can haunt you with guilt and shame. It’s disabling. You feel washed up. Through the years, it has been one of my greatest honors to baptize entire families at our Super Summer Baptism Celebrations. I was on a mission trip with my family in Europe several years ago, and we were travelling from one country to another. We got on a discounted airline, and this happened to be long before all of the discount airlines in the States. Before we boarded the plane, my […]

Every man is unique from every other but I have found three spiritual autographs that God has inscribed on the hearts of men. By identifying and talking about these […]
